Memorable Events:     The list of rules had 8 rules in it.  Eight new rules were added by the end of the season.

The Committee determined that we had to offer a fuller weekend of jumping, ie: five jumps at least and therefore that larger aircraft than Cessnas should be engaged next year.

Craig Bennett nearly lost his foot on a fence at Bairnsdale, but his nickname had been “Crash” before that anyway.  He got $40 in flowers from Relworkers.

We changed it to be callable on 1 round after really bad weather at Bairnsdale – the old Bairnsdale – not Redcourt yet.

Manifest was a nightmare because most Open jumpers were also on Inter teams, and we allowed Inter players to be on two teams.  A rule was later made to disallow this.
